INCREASING DEMAND FOR MORE NURSES BECOMES QUITE A TREND
Of today’s pressing issue about the nursing shortage in the US, the situation clearly defines an opportunistic trend for more nurses to permanently settle in their own career.
The present upsurge demand constrained hospitals to offer large bonuses, free tuition and housing just to recruit and secure qualified nurses.

Also, nursing is regarded as a flexible career, a prospective nurse can take between an associate degree, a nursing diploma, a combination nursing diploma/associate degree or a bachelor of science in nursing, with diverse specialties.
